MMCLI is an independent electronic music project by Ukrainian producer Oleksii Shvets, exploring the atmospheric territories of Future Garage, Downtempo and Electronica. The project emerged from a personal fascination with atmospheric electronic music. Manu Shrine was the first artist to open this world to Oleksii, followed by discoveries through SoundCloud, where the music of Himalia, Azaleh, Sublab, Phelian and Vacant became an important part of his listening experience. Rather than following a particular scene or genre, MMCLI developed organically through a search for sounds and atmospheres that resonate on a deeply personal level. MMCLI is first and foremost about emotional expression — creating immersive atmospheres through sound design, textures and rhythm. It is a separate creative space, driven by curiosity, experimentation and the freedom to explore music without predefined boundaries. The project's releases include original productions and official remixes for established Ukrainian artists, including the iconic band Green Grey ("Друже (MMCLI Remix)", featured on their official remix compilation RMX ua, 2024) and electronic producer Morphom ("Збудувати дім (MMCLI Remix)", 2025). MMCLI continues to explore the relationship between electronic production and organic instrumentation. Upcoming releases include a collaboration with handpan artist Anton Strilets, combining organic percussion with deep bass and atmospheric Electronica, as well as "Fjord", a solo production inspired by the majestic Norwegian fjords and featuring guitar within the project's electronic soundscape. At its core, MMCLI is an ongoing exploration of emotion, atmosphere and sound — a personal world shaped by the music that resonates with its creator.
