Lunacy

Lunacy is an original instrumental group featuring 3 Irish/German sisters - two violinists and a pianist. With a classical foundation and a passion for musical exploration they blend contemporary classical, rock, electronic, cinematic, and traditional influences to create a distinctive instrumental sound. Alongside the release of their debut single “Addicted”, Lunacy has performed the violin and piano parts on composer James Everetts album soundtracks of the Channel 5 “Ellis”, the Channel 4 “In Flight” the feature films “Lie of the Land” and “The Morrigan”, and several short films. The trio also performs regularly at festivals, showcases and events across Northern Ireland.
