KVIBE

John-Akpan Favour Kingsley popularly known as "KVIBE" is a Nigerian music artist from Akwa Ibom State, born and raised in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He was born into a Christian home to an Akwa Ibom father and a Rivers State mother, a cultural blend that has influenced his sound and creative identity. Drawn to music from an early age, Kingsley discovered his talent, filled with passion and a burning desire and drive towards music, he began his journey firstly as a rapper inspired by hip-hop. Slowly, he began showcasing it outside rapping with friends in school and writing numerous original songs. As he grew, he explored Afrobeats for the first time and quickly realized his strong connection to the genre and started experimenting with the sound further by singing. Since then, he has remained committed to composing, writing, and singing, steadily developing his sound and artistry with a deep love for music at the core of his journey.
