KIN

KIN is a Chennai-based band built around vocals, guitar, bass and drums. Formed by musicians who have spent years sharing stages, KIN came together from a simple desire—to keep playing. The band's repertoire moves naturally through blues, soul, jazz, funk and carefully reimagined classics, alongside original compositions that continue to grow with the band. Whether performing in an intimate listening room, a festival stage or a corporate setting, KIN brings the same approach: honest musicianship, thoughtful arrangements and songs that leave room to breathe. A recent milestone in the musicians' journey came with a performance at the Orange Festival of Adventure & Music in Arunachal Pradesh. Set against the backdrop of Dambuk's orange orchards, the festival has become one of India's distinctive destination music events, bringing together artists from across the country. The performance marked an important chapter in the continuing journey that now carries forward through KIN.
