iminfrat

For me, music has always been about capturing a feeling – that moment of pure energy, confidence, and undeniable allure. With 'iminfrat,' I wanted to bottle up that intense desire for a connection so powerful, you're ready to completely surrender to it. It started with a simple rhythmic idea, a pulsing beat that just felt inherently seductive, like the anticipation before a big night out. I was thinking about those moments where you just want someone to take the lead, to pull you into their orbit and make you feel everything. Bringing this track to life was an incredible journey. I really pushed to create that rich, contemporary R&B sound layered with the driving energy of Dance Pop – a blend that truly defines my style. The vocal performance was crucial; I wanted it to be both playful and incredibly confident, building from a whisper to a full-on declaration. There's a dynamic interplay between the synth melodies and that propulsive bassline, all designed to make you feel empowered and ready to let go. Every element, from the initial spark of the beat to the final vocal layers, was crafted to build that feeling of thrilling surrender, of saying, 'just plug it in and turn me on.' Ultimately, 'iminfrat' is about embracing that raw, passionate side of yourself. It's about the excitement of a connection that's so strong, you trust it completely. As Howard Lin, whether I'm exploring Dance Pop or R&B, I always aim to create music that makes you feel something deeply – confident, stylish, and ready to move. This song, with its undeniable groove and bold declaration, is a perfect example of that. I hope it empowers you to find your own thrilling connection, to let go, and just feel the rush.
